Bruce Township is a civil township of Macomb County in Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the township population was 8,700. The largely rural township is home to the Ford Motor Company Proving Grounds, which sits on six square miles of land in the western-central part of the township.

Bruce Township was organized in 1833.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.6 square miles. Out of that 36.4 square miles is land and 0.2 square miles is water. Water makes 0.55%. The highest point in Macomb County, Twombly Mountain, lies directly south of the Ford Motor Company Proving Grounds. That highest point has an altitude of 1,150 feet.
